I Feel Much Better Weighing Less

I decided last year that I was going to finally get my weight under control. I knew that I would have an easy enough time with the eating part, because I will eat pretty much what is put in front of me. My wife likes to eat healthy, but she knew that I preferred junk food like burgers and fries. When I told her that I wanted to do better with my eating and exercising, she suggested that I eat the same meals as she does and also join a Reading gym.

She knows me very well. She knew that I would be able to eat her salads and vegetarian meals, but she also knew that I would not be able to handle the exercising on my own. She is on her feet a lot at work and gets plenty of exercise that way, but I have a desk job. That is why I needed to lose a lot of weight and she did not. I looked at some different gyms in the Reading area, because there are quite a few of them around. There is only one that really sparked my interest though.

There are a few reasons why I chose the gym I now go too. The individual instruction is really what made me choose it, because I knew that I would not just be a number there. The only way for me to lose weight is to be trained on the right exercises to do, and also to be pushed. This gym does just that, and I was happy to see that there were programs that would motivate me to lose the weight. It actually did not take as long as I thought it would because I really enjoyed everything I did there. As a result, I am now at a very healthy weight, and I feel so much better for it!
